“Electronic and nuclear spins of vanadyl paddlewheel [VOPt(SOCPh)4] diluted in a diamagnetic crystalline matrix were simultaneously manipulated by a series of microwave and radiofrequency pulses. Electronic phase coherence was successfully stored in nuclear spins and retrieved after a total free precession time greatly exceeding the electronic phase memory time.”
